CELEBRATION OF FESTIVALS

India is the country of many festivals in which people of different regions and tribes are seen moving around with colourful costumes according to their customs to celebrate their festivals and religious events. This festivals can not be easily and well understood by deaf children simply through conversation or showing pictures, hence this is done by staging plays having themes of festivals so that the very purpose of the festivals becomes more clear and well understood by them. Thus it helps them to mingle with the society and development of language.
